How To Order
Make A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag. After you have finished your shopping, click on 'Basket' where you can check your selection. Finally you will directed to the checkout and asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. The postage and packaging costs will be calculated and charged at the checkout.
You can also order by telephoning 01289 330480 between 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. We will take your order and payment, confirm delivery times and answer any queries.
In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you by email to advise of an estimated delivery time (Please note this is not a fixed delivery date due to external forces being beyond our control), you have the right to cancel if you would rather not wait.
And of course you can make a purchase by visiting us in person!
UK Deliveries
We aim to despatch all items in stock within 2-3 days. If your order is urgent please let us know, email anna@driftliving.co.uk and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.

All charges will be calculated at the checkout. A signature may be required upon delivery.
We try as much as possible to send items within the Standard Delivery Charges. However, some products are fragile, heavy or oversized. We will contact you if this is the case to discuss the extra charges involved and give you the carriage options. Please note that the extra charge is to ensure that your purchase reaches you in excellent condition.
Express Delivery
If you just cannot wait for your order we can send it on a 24hr Service. This service will guarantee delivery, of items that are in stock, by 5pm the day after you place your order provided that you do so before 1pm, Monday-Thursday. The cost for this service is £6.95 and if you would like us to send your order this way just give us a call and we'll sort it for you.

Overseas orders
We are able to send most items overseas using Royal Mail International signed for service. Overseas orders are normally sent via surface mail so please allow up to 28 days. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from GB Pounds to your own currency.
Europe and Scandinavia - £15.00
Rest of the World - £25.00
Flensted Mobiles - Please contact us if you would like to purchase outside the UK. We will try and put you in touch with an online retailer in your country or quote for shipping from the UK if required.
Packaging
We try and recycle what waste we can taking small steps to do our bit for the environment.Step 1- We recycle packaging received from our suppliers, this might include cardboard or bubble wrap. When we come to wrap your parcel we make it up as we go along so as to minimise the amount we use.
Step 2 - We also use shredded paper and 100% biodegradable peanuts which will dissolve when wet.
Step 3 - We try and recycle as much of our office, shop and coffee shop waste as possible.
Step 4 - We hand write our parcels to cut down on mechanical printing.
Step 5 - In the shop we encourage customers to do without a bag. The bags we do have are paper based and recyclable and we also offer Bags For Life.
